Role Description: Support Project and Program Delivery: Assist in managing the technical aspects of project and program delivery, ensuring smooth execution. Collaboration for Solution Alignment: Collaborate with architects, security teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance with standards and regulations. Facilitate architecture, security, development, and delivery review sessions. Technical Oversight of Development: Monitor vendor .NET software development, from hardware setup to software deployment and configuration. Engage in technical discussions with vendors and internal teams, focusing primarily on the Private Wealth Banking domain while exploring opportunities in other commercial banking domains. Assistance in Technical Requirements : Aid project managers in identifying technical requirements, managing RFIs, and participating in the vendor evaluation process. Support for Testing and Risk Mitigation: Provide support for SIT/UAT technical issues, proactively identify project risks, and devise mitigation strategies. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding guidelines and standards to maintain high-quality deliverables. Primary Skillset (Must Have): Technical Requirement Identification: Assist project managers in identifying technical requirements, managing RFIs, and participating in vendor evaluations. Technical Leadership: Demonstrate leadership in technical teams and take ownership of technical aspects in project/program delivery. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with architects, security teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions alignment with best practices and adherence to compliance and standards. Team Oversight: Monitor developers' work, providing guidance and support as necessary. Vendor and Internal Collaboration: Drive and facilitate technical discussions with vendors and internal development teams. Domain Expertise: Primarily support the Private Wealth Banking domain while being open to expanding into other commercial banking domains. Testing Support: Provide support for SIT/UAT technical issues. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
