The resource will support the Managing Director of the IT Planning Department within the APAC Division by actively participating in the working group. Responsibilities include representing the views and interests of the IT Planning Department in meetings and discussions, collaborating with internal and external teams to identify appropriate remediation solutions, emphasizing IT-driven solutions, and contributing to improving analytics and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Gather business requirements for automating bank internal operations processes. Provide technical solutions for automating bank operation processes. Review application and architecture designs for Power Apps, Business Intelligence (BI), and UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Ensure adherence to prevailing security policies, development guidelines, and operating processes. Manage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and post go-live support of assigned projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to explore technical solutions to achieve both technical objectives and business requirements. Understand various in-house systems (such as Japan Head-Office, regional, and country local systems) and propose solutions for specific projects, leading the initiatives. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical and business environment, capable of multitasking while delivering high-quality solutions. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, with a logical and efficient approach and keen attention to detail.
