Job Responsibilities (Regional): This position will report to the Finance Manager Manage monthly month-end closing of the books Work and be a liaison with the auditor with regards with audit Prepare statutory filing for GST Review of corporate tax submission prepared by the tax agent Handle full set of Accounts and support drafting of Accounts Monitor cash flow Preparing monthly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements Responsible for the end to end process of accounting processes and task Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines Skills Required: At least 3 years’ experience managing full set of accounts Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Experience in accounting system such as Xero system will be an added advantage Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures Familiar with Singapore Tax and Accounting Regulations Possess excellent technical knowledge and practical experience of transactional accounting and operational finance Qualifications and Attributes: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accountancy Meticulous, organised, able to work independently under tight deadlines Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage process end to end Detailed oriented Audit background Positive attitude & growth mindset Possess solid problem-solving abilities High level of professionalism and integrity Job Details: Location: Tampines Plaza Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm 2 days on site, 3 days WFH Benefits: Flexi-benefits Staff discounts Work directly with an established leader and mentors who can help develop you and your career A work environment that respects and invests in you A dynamic working environment that will engage and challenge you Do impactful work that makes a difference Opportunity to be part of a growth story Powered by JazzHR
