Kramer is hiring a Sales Engineer to provide presales support in ASEAN region. This role reports to Regional Sales Director, ASEAN. As a Sales Engineer, you will be: Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations. Planning and conducting trainings to channel partners and end-customers at a regional level. Supporting regional trainings and events as when needed. Ensuring proposed solutions are best practice and in line with client’s requirements. Managing the sales bid process by working closely with the sales team. Working closely with sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process. Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements. Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes. Who You Are You work with urgency, analysing and adapting to different situations, quickly understanding changes and reacting confidently and decisively. You build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and external customers. You are your area of expertise and passionate about it, enabling it to support people to work better and achieve more. Education & Experience Relevant Higher education Five years of industry experience within AV/UC/IT or similar industry. Good knowledge of AV, UC and IT system functionality and installation process. Working knowledge of AV / UC/ IT technologies, including display solution, DSP, video conferencing tools (MSFT, Cisco, Poly), signal distribution, AVoIP, and control systems. Strong presentation and communication skills. Willingness to travel. Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) will be an added advantage. Powered by JazzHR
