What you’ll be doing: Conducts risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.Understand payment network rules, Reviews and assesses risk management policies and protocols; makes recommendations and implements modifications and improvements.Identify and help minimize risk posed by fraudsters, across the globe such as product, engineering, and data science with a focus on the Risk/Fraud mitigationUse data and models to support the development of risk mitigation strategies and interventions while preserving and improving the user experienceEstablishes policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organizations services and departments.Participate in project definition and idea generation, work on collaborative projects with partnersDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patternsAbility to work and learn independently, react quickly, and solve problems, utilizing the available resourcesSelf-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail orientedAbility to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priorityAbility to determine situational needs and provide appropriate solutionsCommunicate efficiently and present findings to the leadership team to strengthen business decisions Who we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law or related disciplines.Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.2 or more years of experience relevant in risk management, fraud investigation, chargeback investigation, or financial analysisDeep knowledge of e-commerce payments space would be a big plusAbility to work with technical teamsExceptional communication skills, oral and written ability to clearly and concisely communicate in various situations, both internal and externalPowered by JazzHR
