WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Own the product roadmap and help lead the product strategy on important products and initiatives of the companyDevelop goals and metrics for the product team on short- and long-term horizons and help them deliver.Partner closely with engineering, marketing and other internal teams to create, drive and deliver innovative, compelling product experiences.Ensure that product, methodology definition, engineering, and other aspects of product development come together seamlessly throughout the product life cycle.Developing strong working relationships across the Engineering leadership and peers to support the delivery of project plansHelps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprintUnderstand business needs, analyst requirement and set up project scheduleSet and improve product development processes from user feedback or idea inception to the development and go to market strategy.Acts as safeguard for the team WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 7~10 year’s Product Management experience in E-Commerce industry including product conception as well as launching, building and growing multiple products.Have experience working in Mainland China, APAC and SEA.Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant disciplinesPossess software development project experience (preferably for websites, mobile web, and apps)Experience in Agile and Waterfall techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile GamesBe action oriented and possesses good communication skills for all level of stakeholdersMust have strong logical and systematic mind set and the ability to think ways to improve the process and provide effective system solutionsAbility to manage in a dynamic environment with rapid development cycles, multifunctional teams and tight project timeframesKnowledge to web technologies or programming language such as HTML, CSS, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, NodeJS will be an advantageGood command of English and Mandarin.Powered by JazzHR
