Position Title: Partner Liaison and Operations Director Company Overview: Embark on a transformative journey with Study Group, a global leader in international education. Contract Type: Full-time, permanent Location: Singapore Reporting To: Executive Director Partner Management Operations - RoW Travel Requirement: 25% – 40% per annum The Opportunity: Join a dynamic team at the forefront of global education as our Partner Liaison and Operations Director. You'll lead strategic partnerships and drive operational excellence across multiple countries, shaping the future of international education. This role is one of three new senior positions supporting global business growth. Your Responsibilities: Provide partnership and operational leadership for new business and manages existing business partnerships. Lead a small operational team. Drive operational efficiency and innovation, ensuring seamless program delivery and student experience. Oversee setup and ongoing management of partnerships, ensuring compliance and quality standards. Accountable for the management of a compliance, quality assurance and progression. Manage the business and financial performance, input to setting budgets and managing budgets, achieving deliverables, and monitoring performance. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations and drive growth. Your Experience and Skills: Relevant undergraduate degree in education, business administration or similar, with postgraduate qualifications preferred. A skilled communicator and relationship manager that has managed partnership relationships at an executive or senior management levels in the international education or related sector. Leader of small to medium sized teams. Strong understanding of academic, compliance, quality assurance and progression functions and in particular compliance needs in partner countries, such as China and SE Asia. Capable project manager and good organisational skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in other languages desirable.
