PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE IN THE ORGANIZATION: Lead the E2E Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for South East Asia, aligning the demand of the market, between Sales and Marketing, across all sales channels and categories. Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve one committed plan, linked to our mission and strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the E2E monthly IBP process and timelines, driving the alignment of demand between Channels and Brands across SEA markets (6 countries) Key contact for receiving IBP guidance from Global/EM Demand Planning team and sharing guidance with the SEA markets Fully accountable for the monthly IBP submission, ensuring submission meets global/EM requirements and market’s alignment Analyse category sales trends/business on hand and pre-season buy versus markets forecasts, identifying areas of risk and opportunities Lead monthly IBP review meetings with a focus on category performance with country teams, SEA Brand team and SEA Finance team. Covering key metrics (Net sales, Standard margin, Sales discount, Volumes) by country, by channel, by category for the 2 year planning period Foster cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders through IBP process Grasp of finance forecasting process and adidas Go-To-Market process , with an understanding of key financial figures, buy and inventory in order to play a key role in the strategic category planning/forecasting Manage GBS Senior specialist, whom is supporting the system upload of IBP KEY RELATIONSHIPS: SEA Brand team SEA Finance (FP&A) team Country Manager, Country Channel teams (Wholesale/Franchise/Retail and ecom), and Country FP&A, Emerging Market IBP manager GBS Senior Specialist KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES : Advanced analytical skill and insight Ability to think strategically but also focus on detail and understand how it fits into the bigger picture Committed to driving business change using fact-based approach High interpersonal/presentation skills to communicate and coordinate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge to challenge and drive consensus between Sales & Marketing Advanced skill in MS Office PRE-REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: University graduate or equivalent professional expereince Minimum 5 years work experience Minimum 2 years finance and/or planning/forecasting experience
