ROLE DESCRIPTION Are you currently seeking an internship opportunity in Marketing? In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our Regional Field Marketing team within a global organisation, gaining exposure to the niche satellite and space technology industry. As the Regional Field Marketing Intern based in Singapore, you will have the chance to actively contribute, and develop vital skills across various domains within the creation and execution of regional B2B marketing programmes. This includes but is not limited to digital marketing, event management, social media, content marketing and sales enablement initiatives. You will gain exposure to the multifaceted function of Marketing and Communications department, providing a comprehensive learning and enriching experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsiblities include, but are not limited to: Work together with the Regional Marketing team to develop and implement impactful marketing activities tailored for the region. Assist in the coordination and management of event and conference projects by actively participating in tasks such as logistical planning, scheduling, and communication among stakeholders. Contribute to the entire lifecycle of digital campaigns from the initial planning stages to the execution phase through campaign strategy development, content creation, coordination with relevant stakeholders, and monitoring campaign performance. Help in the development and creation of marketing content and assets for various marketing activities through brainstorming creative ideas, collaborating with design and content teams, and maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice. Support in compiling post-project report and evaluate outcomes and success factors by gathering and organising relevant data, insights, and key performance indicators. Provide ad-hoc support to the marketing department as needed and readily available to assist with unplanned tasks, projects, or initiatives. YOUR PROFILE 1. You must Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing and Communications or Business Administration. Passion for the marketing industry and enthusiastic about exploring the dynamics of B2B marketing management, Skill in using different social media platforms and their respective analytics tools Competent in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to work independently and proactively, making valuable recommendations and contributions. Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English Eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore citizenship or possessing a current valid work permit for Singapore). 2. It would be nice if you had Experience in event planning and management, hands-on approach expected during on-site activities. Familiarity in marketing technology and digital platforms, with additional exposure to intricate marketing stacks in the role.
