About the Internship: The Customer Success role at PMA team is responsible for customers' post-sales and implementation journey, focusing on helping them achieve their business outcomes and continually driving value from the Pathwave Manufacturing Analytics. The team also acts as an advisor to Keysight sales and solutions teams. Due to the rapid growth in the customer base, team is looking to elevate the customer experience by creating collaterals which will help to push user adoption. Internship project is focused to identify opportunities for improving user adoption and usage within customer user base. This includes developing play-books, guides and training materials. Internship project will include learning and creating customer facing collaterals like product FAQs, guides, case studies and training videos. During the project, candidate will get the opportunity to understand the collaterals which are needed to support any successful B2B product, along with a chance to learn the details of an industry leading analytics product. About the Team: PathWave Manufacturing Analytics (PMA) team is responsible for an Industry 4.0 ready electronics manufacturing data analytics platform that performs real-time advanced analytics using information extracted from big data, such as manufacturing processes, tests and equipment data agnostically. Responsibilities: The candidate will gain understanding of the industry leading IoT product and will get knowledge of a global scale big data &8 analytics solution. The candidate will learn to monitor product adoption & business outcomes; identify opportunities for improved usage & impact. The candidate will develop product related materials (like guides, FAQs, training videos) which helps our customers with easy adoption and learn full potential of the software. The candidate will learn to work with cross functional teams including product, engineering, product delivery, support, and sales. The candidate will gain understanding of Keysight product releases and roadmap. Job Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Marketing. Excellent problem solving in complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Desired Qualifications: Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or AI/Big Data background Experience in AI/ML technologies in the Board Test space or working at a fast-growing technology/SaaS company. Close attention to detail, basics of project management, and ability to keep multiple tasks running at once.
