What impact can you make in this role? You will be part of a team that champions the people agenda for GIC. You will join the team as an Analyst/Associate, Digital Learning Producer on a 2 years' contract. What will you do as an Analyst/Associate, Digital Learning Producer (Contract)? You will have the opportunity to re-imagine the way we deliver learning content in the Digital Age, while understanding the needs and workings of a large organization. As a Digital Learning Producer, you will work with fellow Learning & Development professionals, using the video and digital medium, to help inform, educate, and engage our employees on key learning themes, topics, stories and content. In your role, you will: Use digital mediums like web, video and animation to produce high quality, engaging and memorable learning experiences to support the GIC’s flagship programs Lead the technical aspects of production, including plan scripts, camera setups, video/audio recording and post editing to produce short and engaging digital learning collaterals Provide creative solutions to position key content for different audiences What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role? The ability to think about digital learning strategies and be hands-on to execute them on the ground Relevant certification and proficiency in Video Production & Design (eg. Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator), Digital Animation or Instructional Design Experienced in pre-production, production, and post-production of video and digital engagement projects Initiative, resourcefulness, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills A keen curiosity, a desire to add value & improve the way things work, and the capacity to work in an agile, fast paced environment Work at the Point of Impact We need to be forward-looking to attract the right people to help us become the Leading Global Long-term Investor.
