About the role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will directly support the Industry Business Unit Manager in various tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and the efficient management of marketing operations. Key Responsibilities: Leads Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and current information. Track and manage marketing leads, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of potential clients. Generate reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other key metrics for the Marketing Strategy Lead. Networking: Assist in identifying and pursuing networking opportunities for the firm, including industry events and professional associations. Maintain and update a database of key industry contacts and networking activities. Support the development and execution of networking strategies to enhance the firm's market presence. Event Planning & Organizing: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and registration processes. Manage event communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow-up emails. Market Research & Industry Insights: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Compile and present insights to the marketing team to inform strategic decisions. Monitor industry publications, reports, and news to keep the team updated. Marketing Materials & Content Creation: Stay informed about the firm's consulting services, ongoing projects, and industry trends. Assist in creating and updating marketing materials that reflect the firm’s current activities and capabilities. Contribute to the development of case studies and client success stories. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Innovation Lead, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items. Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for the marketing department. Meeting Attendance: Attend internal and external meetings as required to take notes and provide summaries to the team. Act as a liaison between the Industry Business Unit Manager and other departments, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on tasks. Requirements: Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a marketing support or executive administrative role, preferably within a consulting firm or similar environment. Understanding of Singapore market landscape across financial services, public sector, healthcare, and others. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in stakeholder management will be a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
