Singapore-Indonesia Tech:X Programme: As part of the Si ngapore-Indonesia Tech:X Programme driven by the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) , we are currently seeking a DevSecOps Engineer from the Indonesian market to embark on this exciting 1 year program with us. The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to be part of the Exclusive Tech:X Fellowship Programme which provides you exposure to industry mentors and the alumni network. As a DevSecOps Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Executing Infra and DevSecOps roadmap Applying security measures, standards, and managing configurations Adopting DevOps, Security, SRE, Infra, and Cloud best practices Managing cloud infrastructure implementation and operation Ensuring reliability and security through operational excellence, debugging live systems, identifying performance issues, and resolving incidents Utilising infrastructure as code to enhance automation, scalability, and reliability. Support DevOps and Shift Left culture Introduce DevOps and Security practices early and gather continuous feedback to prevent security issues Ensuring overall performance and cost improvements Collaborating to improve developer productivity, tooling and workflow Support SLOs, SLAs and improving key metrics Automating and monitor system processes to minimising manual work You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field At least 1 year of first-hand experience in building and managing cloud-based production infrastructures Experience in AWS, Containers, Kubernetes, and Terraform Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment systems Experience with observability tools like DataDog and various SaaS and B-B Integrations Knowledge of agile development practices and modern DevSecOps/DevOps/SRE principles, including infrastructure-as-code, continuous integration, and delivery Understanding products like GitHub Actions, Helm, and ArgoCD Good grasp of DevOps, DevSecOps, and AWS Cloud Infra role trade-offs Solid understanding of software development principles, theories, and practices Familiarity with distributed architectures, especially microservice and event processing architectures Understanding of security concepts such as Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), secure coding practices, OWASP, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation Ability to work in a collaborative environment with agile development teams High adaptability to changing security and business priorities Proven experience in end-to-end troubleshooting Experience in payments or e-commerce domains, high-security systems, modern data platforms, and familiarity with programming languages will be beneficial Only eligible applicants for the Si ngapore-Indonesia Tech:X Programme will be considered.
