Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/. About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious and proven SAP IM/WM Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As the SAP IM/WM Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing and deploying end-to-end IM/WM processes for our APAC region. You will collaborate with global and regional logistics partners, as well as external technology partners, to successfully implement world-class warehouse management solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Implement and configure SAP WM modules to meet business requirements. * Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze requirements for warehouse processes. * Design and optimize warehouse layouts, storage types, and picking strategies. * Configure warehouse organizational structures, including storage bins, storage types, and storage sections. * Develop and implement test scripts to ensure the SAP WM system functions effectively. * Provide end-user training and support during system implementations and upgrades. * Address and resolve issues pertaining to SAP WM functionality. * Collaborate on projects involving integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD). * Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in SAP WM technology. Experience and Skills: * At least 6 to 8 years' experience in end-to-end SAP projects with a minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of SAP MM/WM/EWM. * Proficiency in SAP WM configuration, including warehouse structure, storage types, and picking strategies. * In-depth knowledge of warehouse processes and logistics operations. * Experience with SAP integration with other modules such as SAP MM and SAP SD. * Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to work effectively with individuals at all levels. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong written and communication skills.
