S UMMARY: Reporting to a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, you will help to drive the implementation of compliance program for Vision Franchise under guidance of the Commercial Excellence, HCC, Legal and Finance to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related J&J internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. E S S E NTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES i nclude the following. * P artnering with franchise and/or department leadership team to ensure compliance ownership and right tone at the top. * Collaborate with countries to scope, design, initiate and implement program projects under the guidance of Apac HCC lead based on needs identified during risk assessments. * Leads and executes projects for the Operating Companies ("OpCo"). Assists the HCC Lead with the development of an effective project portfolio management structure, promoting necessary changes, process harmonization and leveraging experiences and approaches to/from other regions. * Shares best practice with markets to develop and implement consistent controls across the region, where necessary. * Supports the development of harmonized standard processes applicable for all countries in APAC, where necessary. * Implementing and following up on the Management Action Plan identified during audits and guide the OpCo to close gaps and implement corrective actions. * Conduct monitoring activities and process review to check the effectiveness of implementation. * Providing metrics as required. Other duties may be assigned. * Requires strong communication, organizational and analytical skills. * A bility to understand business situations and propose solutions. * Ability to successfully manage multiple, critical projects simultaneously. * Highly self-motivated, self-starter, with strong agility and resilience. * B r oad business experience and ability to influence business decisions and business partners. * S trong drive for results and solution orientated. * Fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal) Application closes 3rd July 2024 Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
