Job Title: Financial Manager Position Type: Full-time/Permanent Location: Singapore Salary: Open About The Job: As a Financial Manager, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive management of the company's financial affairs in Singapore. This entails overseeing budgetary allocations, conducting financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making, and ensuring regulatory compliance with local financial laws and standards. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial performance, managing cash flow, and mitigating financial risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders, as well as leading and mentoring a dynamic team of finance professionals to drive excellence and achieve organizational objectives. Job Responsibilities: Proactively review, analyze, and interpret the financial performance, budget, and forecasts of investment portfolios for business units. Manage financial and management reporting, budget control, financial analysis, tax compliance, and daily operations. Led the month-end financial closing process for the fund's management company. Assist management with financial simulation and analysis of different business scenarios for review and decision-making. Requirements: Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines. Qualified Accountant, with membership in CPA, ACCA, or equivalent being a plus. At least 5 years of audit experience in a Big Four accounting firm, preferably 3 years as a finance manager. Experience in the mining industry is a plus. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to achieve management goals.
