We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as T elemarketers/Telesales Representatives . In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services over the phone, engaging potential customers, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services. Proficient in lead generation and perform cold calling. Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to offer tailored solutions. Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing. Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up. Requirements : Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related sales role preferred. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Highly driven individual and result orientated to hit KPIs High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales/marketing is a plus.
