Position: HSEQ Coordinator Location: Singapore Department: Operations Reports To: Manager, HSEQ Position Summary The HSEQ Coordinator provides support to the HSEQ Team, the wider Operations teams, and is responsible for coordination of all monitoring and reporting activities related to fleet performance and implementation of the Integrated Management System. Major Responsibilities Treat Health, Safety, Security, and Environment as top priority. Drive and support the Seapeak Seven Standards in line with company purpose and values. Work closely with all members of the Fleet, Ship, and Shore, in support of an effective implementation of the Integrated Management System (‘the Management System’) and continuous improvement. Support and liaise with Manager, HSEQ on global issues and initiatives. Support monitoring of the ‘Events and Actions Module’ and carry out periodical quality checks to ensure correct categorisation and work-flow status. Assist in system checks to ensure correct workflow and processes are being followed. Provide support and guidance where required. Check and upload Senior Management visit reports and external audit reports into the inspection system. Assist with collation of information and data to meet customers and company reporting requirements. Monitor completion of all vessel internal inspections and update to tracker on Master KPI log. Monitor status of all overdue actions. Generate overdue actions reports and distribute to the vessels, and Operations team. Monitor fleet status of response actions to fleet notices, safety alerts and fleet campaigns. Prepare agenda, coordinate attendance, and contribute to presentation for office HSEQ meeting. Maintain vessels LTI free days record. Notify team on vessels reaching anniversary date. Prepare monthly and quarterly HSEQ KPI reports. This role is also the designated Drug and Alcohol Testing Coordinator. Coordinate drug and alcohol testing, including maintenance of records. Liaise with third party drug and alcohol testing company, ensuring invoices and results are processed with relevant departments. Carry out monthly checks and maintain ERT Room related documents including inventory checks of ERT plans and drawings. Maintain emergency contact list. Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Knowledge in International Maritime Regulation (ISM Code) and ISO Standards (9001, 14001 and 45001). Knowledge in Maritime statutory requirements (SOLAS and MARPOL). Knowledge in root cause analysis. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. Analytical, problem-solving skills. Ability to respond positively to customers in an effective manner. Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint applications.
