About the role The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible for managing all activities associated with the efficient operation of Kramer products within the region territory. This role is based in Singapore. The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible for managing regional operational processes at multiple locations as well as ensuring high service levels. This includes managing the order management and fulfilment process and overseeing the regional 3 rd party logistic providers' performance. In addition, the ROM is responsible for supporting the operational aspects and interactions with the supply chain planning, transportation, and regulatory providers at each location. The position also includes monitoring and maintaining domestic and international regulatory compliance in his/her region. What will your job look like? Responsible for all regional operational activities, such as warehousing, B2B customer deliveries and returns by land, air or by sea transportation. Manage and monitor TPL and other operational service suppliers and take part with global leadership to negotiate with it. Lead the demand and supply planning across the region and partner with global leadership as the regional S&OP representative. Oversee the order entry to ensure on time delivery and follow up the fulfilment . Responsible for submission of local product required documentation and certification for customs clearance and importation Demonstrated ability with reducing costs, improving processes, managing change, accountable for supply chain regional KPIs. Collaborate with corporate head quarter logistic team and ROM’s from other regions for operational optimization regionally and globally First contact in the region to supply chain and delivery issues who is expected to provide answers and solutions. Requirements: College degree preferred. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ERP systems or Salesforce (or similar). Professional experience in managing regional logistics operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Outside box thinker with a proactive mind set.
