From talent acquisition and development to employee engagement and performance management, our team works closely with the different teams in Write Edge to reach its goals in the Singapore market. Responsibilities: A successful candidate will be expected to work independently and collaborate closely with the HR manager and leadership team to execute various tasks. Payroll: Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll processing and payroll administration.Coordinate with internal stakeholders for salary computation, including but not limit to commission payment, overtime verification, allowances, bonuses, entitlements, claims and all pay-related items.Ensure timely, efficient, accurate and high-quality execution of payroll processes.Handle and resolve queries on payroll matters and disputes. Manage Time Attendance, Leave and Pay modules of the HR system. HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date staff records, including personal information and employment details. Ensure compliance with country-specific labor laws and regulations regarding employee compensation and benefits. Performance Management and Appraisal Execution: Support in performance management processSupport leadership development through administration of 360 assessment &feedback toolsSupport in 360 assessment & feedback tools and employee engagement surveyAnalyse employee engagement data to identify areas of improvement Staff Retention, Culture and Employee Engagement: Collaborate with HR and management to design and implement attractive staff benefits packages. Plan, coordinate and facilitate training courses such as employee orientation, in-house training programmes HR Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices. Ensure company compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Payroll specialistGood knowledge in Employment and Income Tax ActExhibit strong understanding of local laws and compliance standardsDemonstrate a proven track record in effectively handling employee relationsProficient in Google Applications and tech-savvy Display a high degree of responsiveness to HR-related needs Strong administrative skills and stakeholder management ability ​​​​​​​Job Details: Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm Benefits: Flexi-benefitsStaff discountsWork directly with an established leader and mentors who can help develop youand your careerA work environment that respects and invests in youA dynamic working environment that will engage and challenge youDo impactful work that makes a differenceOpportunity to be part of a growth storyPowered by JazzHR
