E SS E NTIA L D U T I ES AN D R E S PO N S I B I L I TI E S • O v e r see d a y - t o -d ay o p e r a t io n s of t h e c u s t o m er s e r vi c e t e a m, w i t h t e a m me mb e r s loca t ed in Singapore . • Resp on si b l e f or A f t e r ma r k et sales o f a l l C PM p r oduct s p a re p ar t s a n d serv i c e to c u s t o m e r s across t h e SE Asia r e gi o n. • Resp on si b l e f or p e r s o n n el ma n a g em e n t t o mai nt ain a s t r o n g t e a m. • S t a n d ar d i z e A f t e r ma r k et sales o r d er p r o c essi n g. • Re v iew c u r r e n t c u s t o m e r services r o l es & t as k s t o sea r c h f or im p r o vem e nt s t h a t c an b e im p le m e nt e d. • C r e a t e a n d / or i m p r o v e c u s t o m e r service t ra i n i n g f or e qu i p m e n t a n d i nt e r n al p r o c esses. • Assist t h e Aftermarket Sales Director-Asia w i t h p r o j e c t s, sales o p p o r t un i t ies, p r e se n t a t io n s, p rici n g ef f o rt s, t ravel, s t r a t egy, a n d p r o gr a ms. • Un d e r s t a n d C PM e qu i p me n t t o t r oubl e s h o o t cu s t o m er sol u t io n s. • B u ild r e l a t i o n s h i p s w i t h c u s t o m e rs a n d sa l es r e p r e se nt a t ives. • In c r e ase A ft e r ma r k et s u p p o r t a n d servi c es f or C P M ’s e qu i p ment l i n e. • C r e a t e & achi e ve A f t e r m ar k et b u d ge t , f o r ecas t , a n d g o als f or i n c r e asi n g C PM r evenue & m ar k et s h ar e . • M ai n t ain ex p e r t l evel o f p r o d u c t kn o w l e d ge a n d a pp lica t i o n . • P r e p a r e f ield r e p o rt s a ft er all c u s t o m er vi s i t s a n d d is t r i b u t e t o t h e a pp r opria t e p e r so n n el. • Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts, and correspondence in company databases. • Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives. • Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects. • Assist with the development of customer equipment and service agreements and ensure compliance with all such agreements. • Assist with resource and budget planning as required. • Oversee creation of SAP quotations, opportunities, sales orders, and purchase requisitions according to the procedures. • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and identify, evaluate, and implement solutions. • Manage customer accounts ensuring alignment with customer, market segment, and CPM strategies. • Identify and understand technical requirements of customers and connecting these with CPM’s products and solutions. • Reports to management and colleagues about market developments and new possible opportunities in the industry. • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met. • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
