We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of S/4 HANA implementation experience and S/4 HANA Finance certification to join our dynamic team. Job Description: As an SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the successful implementation, configuration, and support of SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions for our clients in Singapore. Your expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Finance, along with your certification, will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: 1. SAP S/4 HANA FICO Implementation: Lead and actively participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirements.2.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into SAP FICO solutions.3. Customization: Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA), to tailor solutions to client-specific needs.4. Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.5. Testing: Conduct rigorous unit and integration testing to validate the functionality and performance of SAP FICO solutions.6. User Training: Provide comprehensive training to end-users and client teams, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP S/4 HANA Finance.7. Documentation: Maintain meticulous project documentation, including design documents, functional specifications, and test plans.8. Post-Implementation Support: Offer expert post-implementation support, addressing client inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests effectively and efficiently.9. Best Practices: Stay updated on SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging SAP technologies, providing thought leadership to clients.10. Client Relationship: Build and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the SAP FICO solutions and services delivered. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA FICO module implementations.- SAP certification in S/4 HANA Finance is mandatory.- Profound knowledge of financial business processes and accounting principles.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
