Responsibilities: The Planning Director will develop strategic marketing plans across digital channels and collaborate with teams to meet client objectives, drive ROI and exceed performance expectations. Develop integrated digital marketing plans across all channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing plans that achieve client objectives and drive ROI. Conduct research and analysis to inform marketing strategies. Develop messaging and positioning strategies that align with the client's brand and target audience. Define performance metrics to measure campaign success and report to clients regularly. Provide guidance to account management and creative teams on digital marketing best practices. Manage the planning team's day-to-day operations, including training, development, and performance management. Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to incorporate them into client strategies. Direct report to the Managing Director. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field. 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a planning or strategy role at a digital or consulting agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing. Experience developing integrated marketing plans that drive ROI and exceed performance expectations. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with project management tools and platforms. Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
